| Company History The founder of Resumes Done Write, Kristen Batjes began her journey in 1989 interviewing and placing industrial and manufacturing employees for a Temp to Perm Agency in Jackson, Michigan. She transfered to Fort Wayne, Indiana in 1991 when she went to work for R. E. Wilkins & Associates a human resource consulting firm, as a Marketing Assistant. She soon earned her way into the position as Marketing Manager. After reviewing 1000's of resumes over a decade of time, coupled with her creative writing talents, the dream of helping people find employment became reality.
